Moving 6 end users "My Documents" folders

My client wants to move end user My Doc's folder to a central pc for easier backup. Is there a way to keep the folders private for that owner only? The box has XP Pro. The end users boxes are as follows: 2 XP Pro, 2 Win2k, 2 Win98se.

Use the NTFS filestore on the server PC, and set the Security for each profile to only that user.

Thanks bcastner for the info. Just to update you, The My Docs folders were moved to the server PC. I will setup the profile securities and let you know.
