Hi all,
I am attempting to do a move in ld 20, but when I attempt to move the TN to a free TN (which I found by doing a luvu), I receive the error "SCH1509". I've never seen this before.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

This usually means that CCM or Symposium has the set acquired. Go to the app that has it acquired, un-acquire the tn before making changes. You will also have to update the CCM with the new tn as well.

If this is a 3905 it is more than likely an ACD phone, right? NEVER USE THE MOVE COMMAND ON AN ACD SET.

Well, it looks like CCM is the culprit. It scared me, so I reverted back to trying to physically swap the lines, only to learn the riser that says "Jacks" actually refers to another riser/patch panel (I did not know existed) rather than the desk jacks themselves.
Thanks all :)

If you need to move an ACD seat, either move it by re-terminating the cabling/jumpers in the wiring closet or IDF. THe other option is to completely out the seat, out the set built on the TN and then rebuild it from scratch on a new TN.

Moving a TN associated with ACD in programming can lead to data corruption.

NEVER NEVER NEVER do the move command on an ACD set you should Out and rebuild or move jumpers.

I agree, never use the mov command on an ACD set. His question was why he was getting the SCH error. You would get that as well if you try to out the ACD set when it is acquired.
