Hi,

I’m looking for the simplest way to move Exchange folders/user profile location to another hard drive.

My hard drive is getting full, so I am going add another hard drive, and would move files there.

What is the easiest way?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Are you talking about the mailbox stores on the Exchange server or user PST files?

That's pretty simple. You do that from your System Manager on the Exchange box. Drill down to your server and go to the Properties and you'll see a database tab. Just change the location of where it's stored to your new drive.

Leave them where they are. PST files should never be accessed over the network, leave them on the client and preferably get rid of them.
