movie clip controlling movie clip in html page

First of all i apologize about my english
I have 7 movie clips in the same html page, and one of them should control the others, just to "start" them... and i have no idea how to do it!!!!
Please, i need help!!!!

Do you want them to automatically change or manually change with the control page?

Well... i need that when i press the first button the other six start moving.... i´ve made each one as a difernet .swf document

Apply the 7 LoadMovie actions to your button. Put each individual swf into the URL field and then select level for location and 1-7 respectivly. Your main movie is defaulted to level 0.

You may need a seperate button if you want them to start synchronously.

This should work, but there may be a better way to do it.

I´m using Flash 5.... i was looking in JavaScript tuotrials and I think i should use FSCommand or something like that, but i relly dont know JavaScript......
