Our VM Pro is running on an old Windows 2000 desktop that is on its last legs. Looking to move our VM Pro install to an existing 2003 server. I have read the docs and posts on moving to new hardware but haven't seen anything on hardware and OS change. Do I need to be on the lookout for anything special with the OS change?
Thanks in advance!

Shouldn't have any issues.

No need to worry about w2003
copy the VM folder of voicemail pro
this way you have a backup of your WAC file, greetings etc etc

On Win2K3 Server, get to know the Security Configuration Wizard.

Have a list of all the Avaya IP ports handy to add to the Windows Firewall.

Oh dear god don't run the damn SCW and tell Avaya to go pound sand if they ever tell you to do so. Just turn off the Windows Firewall and disable the service. Don't put the server into any AD group that is being controlled by a custom GPO and same goes for the user that is running the VMP service.
