Move Norstar defected port

Hi all,
I am working in the Norstar systems,...
I have norstar, I found deffected port I have free port I need to move the deffect port to the new port (unused one ).
Also I need to make evry thing working fine like voice maill greating message. what do i need to do ?

copy bad port to new port and then do a dn change

when move set it should keep it's own programming
