Move MailBox from Exchange 5.5 to 2003 in same org.

I am trying to move a mailbox from 5.5 to 2003 exchange server and I get the below error. How do I fix this?

Do this test for me please.

1. Create a new mailbox on the 5.5 server. Try to move it to the new 2003 server.

2. Move it back if it moved.

3. Test 2 - Create a new 2003 mailbox and try to move it to 5.5

4. Move it back if it moved.

Tell me what your results are.

all the user has mailbox, for whom I should create new mailbox. I am trying to move mail box within organisation

There was a 3rd pary dll installed on 5.5 and that was the reason for mail box move. I copied that dll to exchange 2003 and took care of the problem. I had one more option to delete dll from 5.5 but I didnt take the risk to delete dll file.
