move inbox from one user ti another

I have an employee that is going to retire at the end of the month, and I would like to move all of her emails to her replacement's mailbox. What would be the best way to accomplish this in Exchange.

The easiest way (assuming you have access to open both mailboxes) would be to open both mailboxes in Outlook select all the messages you want moved and just drag and drop them into the other inbox.

Or extract the mailbox to a PST file (Exmerge is great for this) and give it to the person who needs access to the mailbox - they can add the PST to their mail profile.
