If it is web mail just go to the web site.
Netscape has an export feature i do believe. If nothing else, you can always move the actual store files and folders. You can find that location be looking in the preferences.

looked under the preferences I could not find the location of the store
files and folders. I am working with Windows 98 and using Netscape

You say that Netscape is your browser, so I'm going to assume this means it's your email app as well.
