Move data over from BackupExec...

We are trying to consolidate two backup installations/environments to one. The one installation is NetBackup 5.0 MP2 and the second one is BackupExec 8.5 . Now , our plan is to move/consolidate the BackupExec 8.5 installation onto the NetBackup environment...
So my questions are:
1) is it doable ? if yes...
2) has anyone done it in their environments?
3) how can we do it, what is the commands/plan to go about it?

my point of view is :
the Netbackup and the Backupexec are two different product .
you can not do like that

There is now some interaction between the two products. They mentioned some stuff about it on the NB 5 course. I'm not sure of the technicalites because we don't have BX and I turned off for that bit. The best option I think would be to replace BX with NB, but there are option if you don't want to.

Yes, this can be done using the BackupExec reader in NBU.
