hi guys...i just need commands that i must look at to move a number series from one MD110 to another MD110, going to end the number series with NANSE...is their any other commands i must look in too?

You want the same config from one MD110 to another? if it's same number of lims/system config, take the flash disc out of the NIU2, put it in the 2nd system NIU2 and start up 2nd system. Once up, replace flash with a formatted blank and dump the system. Put the original flash back in the NIU2 on system 1.

Or use PCREGEN to take the customer data off 1, and run it in on 2 once the flash is built with system data, then dump the system 2.

No, we here in SA have small systems compare to Europe so it's not so complex.

My main site have a 3Lim system were all the number series are, and then i have 5 small site with 1Lim system that run from the main one via IP. The one site is moving in to our building and i need to move the number sieries and after that the MD going to be switch off.

I just need to end the number series on the one and initiate it back to the main site!

What version of MD110 do you have?
If you have a licensed system (BC10 or later), you will have to purchase new licenses while move of licenses between countries is not allowed.

Remove the number series as an external destination using NANSE and put it back as an extension number series using NANSI

Double check this but from memory

NANSI:numtyp=ex,numse=xxxx&&xxxx;

umm,it IS supposed to do that, right??

Couldn't you put the LIM from the building that is closing into the same building as your 3LIM system, this would give you the flexibility to move it back to another site later if required?
