Mouse wheel Disabled in Access 2007

Hi,

I had single form in Access 2003 and on this form I could use mouse wheel to go to the nest records.
But when I converted to Access2007 this job on mouse wheel has been disabled and I have to use PageDown and PageUp.
mouse wheel still are working in continious forms.
But i don't know why on single forms has been disabled??
any body knows why???

But your sentences has the milion meaning which I couldn't understand!!

Yes, I saw many way how to disable the mousewheel..
But, when I'm using the same file on Access 2003 and mouse wheel working, but when I open the same file with 2007, mousewheel not working only on continious forms!!! (some things to be compilicate)

I would appreciate to help me with the simple words and sentences.
