Mouse, How to: Disable file preview

Hello,
I cannot take that stuff any longer
Dell Laptop, Xp pro
I use a mouse with my laptop
but need to disable file preview when my mouse's pointer is overing in files
I would like disabling the mouse side popup that gives file or folder preview

In Explorer, Tools, Folder Options, View
Uncheck the second box, and the second to last box.

Download and run "X-Setup" (free). Just be careful, you can do amazing things to Windows with this program - you can also really screw Windows up! Appearence > Files Tooltips > Any File Attributes in Tooltips > uncheck the box: Enable attributes visible in tooltips. You can also get rid of those stupid "arrows" on the icons on the desktop! Shortcuts > Arrows > uncheck all the boxes. Any other changes, do one at a time so you know what to change back!
 
In Explorer, hit the Folder icon in the top menu.

in Xp Pro
it is way down all the options list
and named: "Show po-up descriptionfor for folder and desktop items"

I do PHP prg and am always looking for a bunch of files, now I am back to my usual mouse setup.
