Had a virus, so reformatted hard drive, installed OME Windows ME, now it doesn't detect a modem. Even went to Microsoft, no luck. Pulled the Modem, and got the information from it, but I can't find out anything about it, exactly which Motorola that's listed on Windows, and I have no clue where I can find an update for it. If anyone has any idea, I'd surely appreciate it. Thanks. Stephanie
