hey guys,..
is it posible to get rid of the startup/manufacturer logo like DELL have when u start the system? ....

In the bios it usually says something like "show full logo on startup" and gives the options to enable/disable.
Not sure specifically about Dell!!
But most motherboard manufacturers have the option to turn off full logo starts.

You could rewrite your BIOS

The answer is "42"

If the manufacturer supplies a utility to do this - some do - then the answer is "yes", otherwise it's "no, unless you're extremely clever". As Franklin says it requires re-flashing your BIOS with a new version that contains your customised logo, which is something that you can do with a hex editor but it would be very risky.

If Dell don't supply a tool to do this, you're stuck with what you have.
