Motherboard Diagrams

Hi Im trying to fix some old computers, nothing to complicated but im stuck with two things:

Thing number one... How do i indentify a motherboard (brand model ect.)

thing number two... how do I get a ping diagram (PW switch, Reset swith, Power led, HDD ledd, Speaker ect.)

Please help
the cheaper the better.

Use these progs to find out what the board is. If they aren't running you will have to LOOK AT THE BOARD ITSELF. Write down any info that looks promising and do an internet search

I forgot to mention some thing the pc's im fixing don't even turn on because de PW switch ect. cables aren't connected thats why I need de diagrams
