Most of the calls are ending in front desk

I have a toll free number ending in a DID number but only 2 calls are ending right and the others are going to my front desk.

I have an ISA programming.

Make a call that ends at the front desk, trace the call in LD 80, see what dnis digits are being delivered and make sure they match your ext. numbers.
 
I'm receiving 1001. I did a tracert to Extnesion 5000 (Front desk) and I saw as dialed number 1001.
 
What if you make more than 2 calls to the DID at the same time?

What if you make more than 2 internal calls to the extension (I belive it is 1001) at the same time?
 
I have a PSTN Route (ISA) and Internal Route (VoIP). Now, if I dial 1001 any amount of calls from Mex to CAN over VoIP the call is ending right. But If I dial more than 2 calls at same time over PSTN (Long Distance)My third call goes to front desk in CAN.

let me give more details,

DID in CAN is XXXYYYY1001 and it is ending in a phantom DN 1001 and this phantom is with DCFW to DN over VoIP.
 
making 2 calls at same time to DID ne call is sucessful another it is not, 2nd goes to Front desk

If i make 2 calls internally all calls are sucessful
 
May we see the TNB of 1001?

Could it be the difference between HUNT and EHT?

Not sure if it works to change the phantom TN setup to a dummy ACD queue.

Or could it be done by IDC table?
 
I did a dummy ACD with NCFW to VoIP. But it is same problem.
 
I'd look at the LD21 MPO_DATA for causes. Or, confirm the TRMB (Tromboning) is set the way it should.

Look at the TRMB prompt in the Routes.

Study the MPO_DATA prompts, and study TRMB - I bet the issue lies in one of those
