First I will lay out are setup

points directly to a server running Apache that has reverse proxy setup.
The reverse proxy checks for certain Sub Directories and if they are found in the requesting URL it tells the proxy to pull information from certain IPs.
Once the proxy gets to the bottom of the list and it has not met any of the criteria its default go to address points it to a foundry load balancer that in turn points it to 2 load balanced MOSS servers.

OK that is are setup now here is the problem.

If I go to this link:
There are links on this page that will make the proxy go to another .NET application hosted on another server, so I click on that link, lets say:
So now the proxy is pulling from another server but at the bottom of the page and links inside of this application point back to the original MOSS servers and if any of them are clicked on like:
I will get a error page that states "An unexpected error has occurred." and I can not go anywhere at all. I can retype the address in the address bar but I keep getting this error msg. Now without closing that window and I open another instance of IE or Firefox I can get into the website.

I have looked through all the logs and I also have a ticket open with Microsoft but I really want to get this fixed. Any help at all would be appreciated. If more of any explanation is needed please do not hesitate.
