More startup problems with drwtsn32 turned off

New error windows are coming up after I turned off drwtsn32:

window 1
VirusScanSynchMgrClass: Avsynmgr.exe - program error
instruction with "0x12029f77" refered memory with "0x00000008"
Memory could not read.

window 2
Explorer.EXE
instructionV with refered memory "0x733e05be"
Memory could not read

Old dogs for the hard road!! I can't work this one out

I know you're not going to want to hear this, but...

It's time to flatline the machine and reload everything.

You can try a Windows "Repair" by booting from your Windows CD, but in my experience that rarely works.
Before you try to repair windows, be aware that you'll probably have to reload all your applications and windowsupdates. And, of course, backup your data!

Sorry, I hit 'Submit' before I was finished.

One other thing to try:
If you can boot into safe mode, uninstall your antivirus. According to your errors, that may be causing your problems.
