More Function will not work

We have a legal Staff that usually travels alot one of our staff regulary recives lge. email when it says more avail. he hits the more function and nothing evershows up if you try to send the request again it tells you the request is being sent but it still never shows up all other BB in dept. wrk with same emails but his wont I scraped it clean and reinstalled all the latest and greatest all others work fine any ideas why just this particular will not recieve under the more function???

It is a 857D with 2.5 op sys it runs off Enterprise bb server and running 3.5.1 desktop software config.to MS exchange

Have you looked at the following to see if any of them apply to this user?

The original message must appear on the Messages or Saved
Messages screen when your handheld receives the rest of the
message. If you delete the first part of the message, and then you select More to receive the rest of the message, your handheld is not able to receive more of the message.
The original message must also appear on your desktop. You are not able to receive more of the message if you have deleted,moved, or modified the message from your desktop Inbox.
Verify that your handheld is within an area of sufficient wireless coverage and verify that there are no Inbox rules that filter incoming email messages.

Make sure that the email messages are not being delivered to a folder that has not been configured for email redirection within the Desktop Manager software.

Obviously if a filter is moving email to a personal folder (ie a .PST file stored locally) then the Blackberry server will not be able to read more of that message.
