0x32 with R1/T1 and a flash.

I took this system over about 2 months ago. Set site up with full AA they turn on and off at night. Manager wants to call in after hours and reach 250, no voicemail, let it ring until it's answered. I HAVE SET THE CFNA AND CFB TO NONE. When you call the ext direct it rings for as long as you would like. However, when the AA is on at night and you choose ext 250, you are transfered to the ext, rings 3 times and goes to vmail. So i removed the vmail box all together. Now you are transfered to the GD mailbox.

Thoughts?

Whats the prime line tranf is it a did, or set transf to prime which may be 21 221 which would go to GD
