Is there a formula that can be used to group the months of a date range??

 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Create your group by the date field from your database..
in group expert - options - common tab
select for each month

Crystal Reports 2008 and XI

Thank you but I can't use the date field because for some months there is no data. I still need to display the month with 0 totals.

you will most likely need a data source containing all the months.
in the past i have used an excel spreadsheet and not linked it to the tables already in the field.
