Hello, which monitoring tool or application are you using for your callpilots?
For your information we were using a free third party in the near past, but we had to remove it because Nortel doesn't support it
We have 18 running callpilots almost are 201i,
Please let me know your most recommanded tool
Thanks,

callpilot services, drives, links, load, memory usage, ...etc

Nortel/Avaya isn't going to support any 3rd party applications running on the server.
You would have to make do with the CallPilot and Windows Server maintenance tools. You might want to use SNMP.

Most of our Call Pilots run pretty smooth until the hard drive fails. Only 4 in 35 have failed in the last 8 years. That's the only time we hear from the customer. We access the systems via dial-up, check the system status and tape backup schedule, and make changes. We make changes with Application Builder via dial-up also. Our backups are to tape once a week, and our tapes are replaced once every two years, weather they need it or not. The one time in 95' they didn't want the tapes replaced, it failed one year later. They paid 90 hours in overtime to rebuild all 1200 users. Ouch!
