does anyone know a shortcut to find out what stations (3904s) are programmed for BFS keys to a particular tn? I'm trying to move a few phones and get the sch8783 error - can't move because of monitoring. With many users, it becomes a pain in the butt to check each tn one by one. certainly there's an easier way. Thanks for the help....

Print the TN of the phone you want to move. just under the CLS it will show the TN or TNs that have BFS key assigned this TN.
Now print those TNs listed to find which key it is assigned

I think Joinerd, like me, is looking for a way to not have to do all that. One of my offices uses BFS keys and it takes forever to do a simple move.

with the newer releases of software, when you print a set it shows you the tn of stations that are monitoring the set. Still a pain but not as bad
