Monitoring prob NP with CCM

Have customer with NPR3 with CCM TAPI. Nothing but probs since install.CCM with TAPI interface.Monitoring doesn't seemto work for all sets. Example error :
Warning 25/11/2009 11:01:28:534 PABX Manager 47B4 LinkHandler # 51 ::ChecksRequestValidation - Expect to get CM_RST_MONITOR_DEVICE but got CM_RST_FAILURE.
Warning 25/11/2009 11:01:28:534 PABX Manager 47B4 LinkHandler # 51 ::MonitorDevice - Failed to monitor device 9418.
Do not find a problem in TSP logs of CCM TAPI driver.
Any idea where I have to look for more detail about the PABX Manager link failure ?

check config of this extension 9418 on cucm against an extension that is working and u know is been monitored correctly. what model of phone is 9418?

Check 9418 on cucm and ensure Enable CTI is selected.

 
Checking along :

After being able to have a look on the CCM :
9418 is not an extension.
There is extension mobility so the link is the device profile.
Set is a 7940 model.
On CCM, 9418 is monitored (got a MAC).
On Nice, 9418 is not monitored.As seen before.
On TSP (Cisco driver to connect Nice) there is no visibility of the MAC of that set, nor the DN.
So the problem seems to be in the TSP. Now checking with the CCM guys.

We keep calm :) Although this install takes a long time to complete.

Problem was in CCM.
Sets were NOT in monitoring mode although sysadmin said so.
(checked with help from Nice Support)
