monitoring internet URL's - end users

Is there a way to monitor the activity that end users log when they are on the internet? Through active directory?
we are on windows 2k server and are looking to monitor the efficiency of our employees, and by logging what they are doing online - we feel it will help. I have a sniffer; but that logs ip's and I cannot parse the log file to what I want without staring at it all day.
