I'm stumped! I am having trouble monitoring a login id that has the same COR as everyone else that I"m able to monitor. I've tried removing the id from the switch and adding it back in, and still this doesn't work.

Probably not much help here, but do you get wave-off or busy tone when you try to monitor this Login ID? The obvious things that you've probably already checked, but-just-in-case are:

[li]Make sure the user is logged in.
[li]Make sure that the station (phone) that the user is logged into has data restriction set to "n".
[li]Make sure no one else is monitoring the user at the same time. =hang up & drive=

More suggestions you've probably tried:

·Have you tried at a different station and tried another login at the problem station?
·Does the station have the same COR/COS as the other stations?

I rebuilt the phone extension and login id and this seems to have fixed it.
