I CAN TURN ON MY PC AND IT WILL START YOU'LL WINDOWS XP START THEN MY MONITOR WILL SAY NO INPUT. I HAVE A WESTINGHOUSE 22.1" MONITOR RUNNING WINDOWS XP,250 GB HARD DRIVE,NVIDIA VIDEO GRAPHICS.THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN ON MY OTHER PC.BUT ALL MONITORS ON THIS PARTICULAR ONE IT DOES ANYONE KNOW.i TOOK IT TO THE SHOP HE SAID WELL YOU NEED A NEW HARD DRIVE DID THAT SAME PROB.I WAS TOLD BY SOME ONE ELSE THAT SEEING HOW IT WORKS FINE IN SAFE MODE THERE IS SOMETHING IN WINDOWS PLEASE HELP
