We have a small call center (outbound calling only) where we'd like to monitor the individual extensions. I'd prefer not to have to set up an ACD to do a monitor call agent.

Right now we've bridged an analog line with a call appearance on a 2616. Works but volume for analog line and called party are substantially reduced.

Had the idea of putting Enhanced Override on 26616 but then that phone could listen in on any phone campus wide.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

change CLS to POA and add an apperance key of that set on yours.that should do the trick.

That's what I meant by "bridged" - it works but volume is super low.

We already have some ALGO boxes. What we need to monitor our call center in real time, not by listening to a recording at a later time.

Thanks anyway.

The ECR Software also offers Supervisor Live Call Monitoring and automatic or manual (on-demand) call recording functionality activated by the telephone or user PC.

I'd talk to them to see if it can easily do what you want. The prices are a lot better then many loggers

Preferring not to do an ACD means more work for yourself really.

Just make it a simple acd and they can use the supervisor Observe anytime they want, no money and only about 15 minutes of programming to accomplish!
