Does anybody know of a command where you can monitor incoming calls? We're setting up auto attendant on main number, and they want to monitor calls to see where they go, if they're routing properly..??

If you want to look at all the trunk traffic issue the command: monitor traffic trunk-group to end this command you must hit the cancel key.

If you are implementing auto attendant with vectors you can use list trace vdn and the vdn number so you can see step by step how the call flows. If you are using an Intuity system or anything else you can use list trace tac and the TAC number of the trunk. This only will tell you how the call is delivered to the auto attendant system, but could be helpful.

The low tech way is to call in yourself and step through your auto-attendant. If the calls route to where you programmed them to route too, your good.
All vector programs should be tested this way. Better than waiting for the customer to call to let you know something isn't working right.
