Monitor employees time per program

The ceo came to me today asking me if it's possible to monitor how long each employee works on each program ie autocad, internet, etc... I appreciate your comments.

Look at a product called "Global Patrol". It does all sorts of monitoring and blocking of applications. Not sure if it does exactly what you want but it's a good tool for monitoring what you're employees are doing through-out the day.
