Monitor Brightness

Hi

I have a view sonic monitor and even when i turn the brightness to 100% still I have troubles in games which have dark screens as the monitor brightness is not enough. Is there any software availaible tht can turn monitor brightness. I know its a desperate stage for me but its worth asking.

Usually the game itself has settings for brightness/darkness - what games are you talking about? And the game would be the best place to change the settings since it sounds as if your non-game activities have a screen that is OK. Your monitor documentation should also provide instructions if you need to change the monitor settings.
