I can not get the music.wav file to load. I am sure it is in the right form and I have it in the file location on my laptop. But when I am connected to the IP Office and force reboot it does not load. Any thoughts?

if it is a IP500V2 you can upload it via embedded file management option in Manager. Straight into the primary folder then reboot the system
