Good evening everyone,

We have a 406 version 3.2 using office manager 5.2 and was wondering if there is a way to adjust the volume level of the music on hold file i.e. the wav file used by the system on boot.

It seems to be to load and causing distortion although it sounds fine if you play it directly from the server.

I've searched everywhere and cant seem to find the answer so any help would be appreciated.

Thank you...

*cough* Use sound recorder to re-record the wav file this time with a lower volume. Remember your pc playback volume can be set to a COMPLETELY different volume on its recording setting.

*Note: for what ever reason my increase volume by 25% button decreased my volume? :/

Thank's for the replies...I'll try the re-record advice and see if that works.

good idea!cool!!...but...it's possible?
