I thought there was a registry key you could edit to adjust the volume of music on hold (wav file). Does this ring any bells for anyone?

Not that i know of. you may be able to open your file in a editor and turn up the volume and save it. then rename and put back in the folder and reboot. The registry has nothing to do with it. That is for volume on voicemails.

I think the same thing that Kevin said is correct, you need some kind of wave file editor software and adjust the options in the wav file, or do you record it through the voicemail Pro and want to adjust the recording volume on that?

If you need the registry entry for the voicemail pro then go here
