You said you dialed the ACOD and heard music is that at the same time when your user's are not hearing it? (Music source problem)
How many MUS TN's are you using? ( if only one add a second on a different card) (If you have two or more make sure they are on different cards)
Have you had a traffic study done? (time slot problems)
Do you have a call center? (check your reports)
If you do have a traffic problem and a large call center that has long delays in the call flows maybe you should look at broadcast music.

And remember that you need one trunk per network group.

i have three tns and on two different tnk cards.
i want to disable the whole card isnt that disc for disable card?

time slot problems? what exactly is that?

Time slots (3) are what is needed to have a MOH for each call.Your confrence cards is used to give MOH so you have your incoming trunk TN slot one, MUS TN slot two and the confrence card for slot three (bring them all together. I count 3 different music sources and routes (5,10, and 50) and route 5 uses (CFLP) conf. loop 1 and routes 10 and 50 uses (CFLP)conf. loop 17. I want to assume you are an Option 61C single multi group? Now your next step you need to find out what music is not being played. You could have a bad MUS TN in loop 4 or a bad conf./TDS card 1 or 17. How about a bad punch down on the TN from the MUS source.

im sure it is not the punch down as dialing the acod it is playing. funny thing is this weekend it decided to make itself start playing again.

Here is statement from the NTP's
Music is provided through conferencing a caller to a MUS source. Therefore, a CON loop is required for the Music on Hold feature. Each set of 30 simultaneous music users will require a CON loop, thus a TDS/CON card, since these two service loops are not separable. For a Small System, music users can share a conference loop with other applications. However, this is not a common practice in Call Center applications.

Music Broadcast requires any Music trunk and an external music source or a Meridian Integrated RAN (MIRAN) card (NTAG36). MIRAN has the capability to provide audio input for external music. A Conference loop is not required for Music Broadcast

so are you saying they cannot have a identical conf loop?

and what might CLEN represent?

What I am say is that you can only have a max of 30 callers hearing music at any on time per conference pack. All others would hear dead air until someone is taken off hold. If you do a traffic study (LD 2)on the conference loops it will tell you if you need to add another conference card.
