MOH - problem loading audio file on MX 3300 ver 7.1

Hi all,

I have just recently installed MX controller with ver:7.1 to one of my branches however it works find but I cant able to load audio file for MOH & my audio file format is a standard Mitel format.

Everytime when I try to load the file it shows a window to saying it is now loading the file but automatically when I click yes it shows a small java window on top left corner & after that this java window disappear & nothing happens so please assist

My machine is running Java 2 platform which was downloaded from 3300 software the time I activating backup.

I will appreciate your help.

check with mitel

i have had this before where i had to roll back my version of java to get it to work .


how about for backups ? because this uses the same setup process
