Hello,

I have a user that when he dials an internal number, the user who picks up hears MOH. Ringing externally is fine.

CM5-all IP handsets.

The only way to clear this is to remove the user and then add him back in. This has happenned twice in the last month to the same user.

I have checked all the Vector's, hunt, COR and tenants that the user is within and cannot find anything amiss. I also tried a busy/release, but nothing clears until a remove/add. I cannot see any reason for it.

Any opinions are most welcome

are you using Microsoft Office Communicator integration by any chance?

Does a list trace of the station show anything such as the call going on hold?

AvayaPro,

You are correct, we do use Microsoft Commuincator. Has Bill been up to his usual tricks again??????

Tell me more!

Randy, yep the the trace shows is going on hold.

Seen the same thing here. Something buggy with Office Communicator. We have the user log out of Office Communicator and log back in. Usually clears up the issue.
