Do I need music broadcast isms

Did it ever work?
Has it been assigned a route?
Check TGAR & TARG values.

Yes Music Broadcast is mandatory on CS1000E.
You need to have as many licenses you wish callers to be on hold (usually 10% is enough)
Music route have to be changed with BDCT YES
