MOH on ACD

Hi all,
any ideas were to start on a problem ?

have a site (multiple LIMs - different places) which has ACD and MOH.

If you ring the ACD group internally all works, including the messaging.

When you ring the number externally, the caller hears about 2 seconds of music, then ringing untill answered.

will try and get some prints off. but just any ideas will help for the mo.

BIT 3 on serv in ACGPP set to 0 and not 1.

so its working now !

what I can't understand though is why it worked internally and not externally.

can anyone shed a light ?
