MOH not working

Hi All,

I have MOH on audio group 2.
It's intermittently working.

When I trace it I don't see any issues with gateway or Val board.

And audio file is on each gateway and Val board.
 
Is it intermittently working for the same people or does it work for some people all the time and not others all the time?

 
It is intermittently working for all the users .
 
Are you positive that the RTP path (shown in 'list trace station') is valid and allowed on your network?

yes , in the list trace station , I dont get to see anything much .

101xxxx is the Announcement number and we have MOH file on it with .WAV format.
and if i call the Announcement number from my internal avaya phone it works intermittently .

 
Is it possible that one of the MOH files could be corrupt? Can you set the MOH announcement to a specific board and see if the problem still exists?
 
avaya suggested reset system 4 once
we have tried that and currently we are monitoring the Issue
