MoH in between RADS on IVR

I have MiVB 10.1 and MiCC 10.1

In a Q I have a Rad playing after 10 secs then another after 30 secs, in between I get silence not embedded MoH which is what is set to play.

in all involved COS I have music on transfer set to yes

any help please.

In YSE, for the Queue settings, in the "Recorded Announcements" tab, what's set for "Embedded Music Source" for each RAD? Should be 0 to use the system MOH, or another selection for a different embedded MOH file. Also check the Zone ID of the Queue, but you might have to get into the MiVB ESM and look at it there in the ACD Paths form.

thanks for replying, turns out the silence was the RADS not hanging up, so had to setup a load of COS for each RAD
