MOH External source and Alternative Source.

On the System page of the IPO, under Tones & Music, I have the External moh option selected and a MOH player plugged in.

I have another moh player for separate recordings for groups. I have created an analogue extn and changed it to MOH and plugged this MOH player into it. In the alternative source I have given it a name and selected the source as the analogue extn I have made. When People in try to use this MOH it just plays a tone and not the music file.


Any ideas why please?

Sorry fixed now, name needed to be xtn:<number> on the alternative source.
