module not showing up in mde file

Hi, I have a module that runs at the beginning of my application. I can run it whe I'm logged in as administrator and in the mdb file but when i convert it to an mde file an error message appears sying that the module cannot be found. This module is called from a macro. Any help would be appreciated

They have all the acess they can on each module. Is there some setting or something in Access 97 to allow the modules to exist?
