Modular Messaging - Not reaching users mailbox

Howdy,
Running CM 5.2 and Modular Messaging Voice Mail.

I have a user that when pressing their MESSAGE button on their 9608 phone, it does not automatically greet them with their mailbox.
Instead, it "Welcomes" them to the Avaya Messaging, etc and asks them to enter the mailbox number of the user they would like to call.

Now, you can easily press * and then # to get to the prompts to log in to your own mailbox, but this obviously isn't how it should be working.

I have removed and added this users extension and mailbox, ran FEDBsync in the MAS, and still nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Usually your callerID defined per the private unknown. Did you recently go to CM 7.1?
 
No. We are still on 5.2

Also, when you call the users extension and wait for it to forward to voicemail, you get the "Welcome to Avaya Messaging, please enter the extension of the user you would like to call
 
Disregard.
I just removed the mailbox, ran a FEDBsync, added the mailbox and ran a FEDBsync and it's working now.

Weird.
