IP Office 500 V2, 9.0.0.0 build 829. Press "Contacts" and press 4, it displays all the Groups. Press 3 and it displays all the Extensions, whether they are active or not. How do I make unwanted entries disappear?

Delete them in Manager.... but that is not the answer you want I think.
There is no alternative either.

On the users you want to exclude from contact list, tick "Ex-Directory" at the bottom. Save. Gone!
Hunt groups can't be excluded.

Kind regards

Gunnar

There is an ex directory tick box in hunt groups .
Unticked it and the hunt group is remove from the list

In groups..1st screen right side

The ex directory box for groups was added into 9.0. earlier versions won't have that ability.

Yeah, had my mind on R8.1.

So, strike that last line in my first post:)

Kind regards

Gunnar

Thanks boys! Ex-Directory removes that extension from the "Contacts" List... not Dial-by-Name. In this version 9.0.0.0 I have no place to Ex-Dir any Group.

It is really there but it is a bit on the right side.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

It's right there on the first screen tab of the hunt group.
