Modifying job?

Does anyone know why the modifications i make to a job do not take? Do i have to do something special to make the change permanent? Example: I wanted to modifiy a job to include a new shared directory and change the job time back one hour. when i restart Arcserve or restart the computer, my original settings are back.

Any help is appreciated...

Every time you modify you have to resubmit with the run/schedule button.

You don't happen to be using Terminal Server to access your server to make the changes, are you?

I've seen problems in working with ARCserve via terminal server, making changes that appear O.K., but when I look at the server at the console, or through other means, the changes didn't "take".

I have heard others complain on these boards about TS. I saw a patch on the CA site regarding TS, but I haven't had a chance to test it yet...
