When editing incoming emails with some personal notes, can i default the font/color to something custom so as to distinguish between the email's original matter versus my personal notes?
(double click on an email and type some personal note/memo. this personal note-text should be in a different color than that of the original email.)
thankxx

hi n93001 (nice name!)

1> double click the mail to put it in edit mode.
2> right click where you are going to start typing and select text properties.
3> choose the text font/colour/size.
4> click the long 'set permanent pen font' button in the bottom right corner of the box.
5> exit the properties box.
6> in the icon bar across the top, you should see an ;red tipped pen icon'.
7> you click this to set permanent pen on/off.

this permanent pen is now stored and can be used anytime you wish. (these instructions are for notes 4.5+)

thanks

Jon
