I can import a table from MAS 90 to Access, but I can't export it back to MAS 90 the same way.

I get an error msg:

OBDC--call failed.
[ProvideX][ODBC Driver]Not Supported (#1003)

Is there a way to do it?

go to to get the lastest providx driver. This will let you write back.

Note though that using this, I have had no success. I put the data there, it looks great. I can review it in Mas and all is well, and yet, it seems to not process correctly so I have had to use the VI module.

Best of luck though.

Thanx for the solution Blorf. However, it doesn't work like you said.

The problem is we don't have a VI module on our MAS 90. Is there any other way to do this?

Durring installation, it should have asked if you want read and write or just read set up on the ODBC, did this happen?

If not, then sadly I have not further suggestions.

Yes it did ask me during installation and I checked "read/write". But It still didn't make a difference. The MAS 90 driver seems to be the same version as the Providex driver. When I checked the OBDC drivers both had the same date and version number. I wonder if the drivers really do make a difference.

Well, it did for me, but as I mentioned, when I used it, the data looked good, but would not process correctly.

Sorry.

I have tried, and it looks like it works, but then, kaploee, the table is corrupt.

I am using v 3.71, not the SQL version of course.
