Hello....
I know this is probably a question most know the answer to. I am trying to modify a quote format (SOP Other Quote Form) in Report Writer. I am simply trying to add a company logo on this form. Everything seemed to go fine.

However, when I print (screen or printer) the quote and choose the proper form, the logo does not appear on the quote.

Any help will greatly be appreciated.

Hi,

I'll start with the most obvious question first. Did you grant access to the modified report under either security or using the advanced security process?

Lyle:

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did grant access under the security setting as directed in the Report Writer documentation.

If not security, then i would change something that will stand out on the form in a different section. If you see your change you know you are in the right report. This may sound silly, but several forms in SOP have several options which equate to different reports. Thinking that it worked, then I would look for multiple header sections, if there are, then you may have to add the logo to each section. I have bumped into this a few time.

Best of luck

NEmacGuy,

Thank you for the reply. You were right, it was in the page header and not the report header - reports 101.

Thank you again.
